# About XVos

XVos (also BoxVos, domain boxvos.com) is a web application for real-time voice intercom with AI-based cross-language translation. It runs in an ordinary browser on phone, tablet or computer, so it needs no dedicated device and no app-store download.

## Who makes it

XVos is an indie product by @indie_maker_fox (https://x.com/indie_maker_fox). Company name, registered address and team size are not published.

## What it does

- Room-based voice calls joined by room code or QR code.
- Full-duplex voice (people can talk over each other like a real intercom).
- Each participant selects a language and hears others translated in real time.
- Claimed: under 100 ms latency, 24 kHz HD audio, encrypted peer-to-peer WebRTC streaming with no audio recording retained.
- Selectable languages in the UI: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German; the site claims 100+ languages in total.

- A public API or developer documentation.
- A standalone pricing page. The only prices are the minute packs in the in-app top-up dialog (see https://www.boxvos.com/llms-full.txt, section 6).
- A complete list of supported languages.
